DeepDay is a focus and productivity app built by SS Solutions. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data the app handles and what it does not.
DeepDay works offline. Your focus sessions, goals, streak, statistics and preferences stay on your device and are never sent to a server of ours. There is no account, no sign-in and no cloud sync.
Stored locally, in the app's own database:
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Delete local data removes it permanently. We hold no copy, so we cannot restore it.
We collect anonymous usage events — for example: session started, session completed, screen viewed, subscription purchased. These events contain no name, email, text you typed, or any personal content.
Alongside those events, Google collects technical device identifiers such as device model, OS version, app version, approximate country and the Advertising ID. We use this to understand which features people use and what to improve next. Future versions of the app may show ads, and this identifier may be used for that purpose.
When the app crashes, we receive a crash report: the error type, stack trace, device model and OS version. It is used solely to fix defects.
Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. We never receive, see or store your payment details. The app keeps only a technical purchase receipt locally, used to unlock premium features. That receipt is never written to logs and never sent to analytics.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, files, microphone, camera, precise location or any sensitive data.
DeepDay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and the new version applies both in the app and on the public page.
